Where Self Exploratory Language Is Best Used?

Where Self Exploratory Language Is Best Used? Many people make the mistake of using 'self explanatory' wording when writing essays. I understand this is common; if you do not realize what you are saying and why, it can be very difficult to get to the point. The more you keep in mind the purpose of the essay, the better your ability to communicate this purpose. The right use of 'self-explanatory' wording is therefore extremely important.Self explanatory wording is when you use simple language to explain yourself and that means that you do not use some of the most sophisticated words. When you write to an audience, this is used to describe yourself. For example, in a corporate essay you are probably not going to talk about yourself. Instead you will probably use terms like 'the company', 'the employees', 'our customers', 'our clients', 'our competitors'our clients'. This is easy to communicate, is short and to the point and easily understood by those reading. It is often easier to descri be yourself in self explanatory wording. So instead of talking about a specific item and what it did you may say something like 'the decision to develop the program was one we could make quickly'. This is also less confusing because you are not trying to say that you invented the program or did not try to develop it. Self explanatory wording allows you to explain what you do rather than what you do not. This makes your essay's easier to read and remember.Using self explanatory wording in essays is also more helpful than saying 'I am confident that'. People often say this and when they do this they are actually making you doubt your own ability. While it is true that you have done something very well and you are confident that you will continue to do so, you are also creating a doubt in your mind. If you want to make a positive impression on those reading your essay you will want to use words that reinforce your self-confidence. You are also less likely to misinterpret yourself if yo u use different terms to describe yourself. By describing yourself in different ways, you have more room for error and this increases your chances of catching a reader's attention. When someone asks you about the decision you took to develop the program you may say that you had the decision made by an outside source. Another time you may simply say that you were in agreement with the decision and that you just followed the decision. When you write these essays you should feel free to use whatever terminology you wish. Remember that whatever you do will reflect on you.In short, the more self explanatory you are the better it is for you and for the reader. If you use the self-explanatory wording properly then there is no reason why you should have trouble finding a good audience. It should not matter whether they are your friends or classmates. Some of the best comments I have read have come from someone who is not even related to the essay! So do not let your audience get away. Using the language you prefer will help you communicate your ideas effectively and to the audience it is important. So always consider the need to explore and describe. Often you will find that you are reading an essay and it comes across as if you know the subject. That is because you have explained it. If you discover later that you have not explained anything and that you only use self explanatory language in your essay, that will not harm your chances of writing well.
